The brick stove is a good heat source. The brick stove can be used both as a main heating source and alongside other heating systems. High heating temperatures (the outer surface of the stove is too hot) cause uncomfortable temperature fluctuations and some of the heat energy is lost if the room temperature rises too quickly. Compared to other accumulation materials, the main property of brick is lower thermal conductivity, but the heat accumulation considering the mass of the stove is the same as, for example, soapstone. This is why the relatively low surface temperature of the stove allows for a long heat storage time. The low surface temperature of the stove ensures a uniform temperature in the room and does not cause overheating of the rooms. To save energy, it is important that the temperature of the stove does not rise suddenly and is stable, because then the main heating thermostat regulates other heating sources according to the room temperature and two heating sources are not heated at full power simultaneously.
For example, the average heating requirement for a 125 m² room is 3 kW (when heated with a stove), in which case 1.5 – 2 kW is sufficient to ensure comfortable heat in the room.
However, if a large and faster heating capacity is desired, for example to heat up a cold summer house, it is advisable to purchase a heating source that provides heat quickly in addition to the heat-storing stove.
The stoves belonging to the Tiileri heating stove group are powerful and quickly heat-generating heating sources, because a cast iron stovetop gives off heat faster than stone. If you want the cottage to be pleasantly warm even in the morning, you should also have a heat-retaining stone stove in addition to the stove.

TIILERI FIREPLACE CONSTRUCTION

Tiileri fireplace stoves are designed on the principle of a multi-layer brick stove. The stove consists of three parts: the middle of the firebox, or hearth part, is made of refractory brick, which is in turn surrounded by a well-heat-retaining shell, which in turn is surrounded by an outer shell, or outer surface of the stove, separated by 10 mm wool. Special wool keeps the outer shell and inner part separated so that movements resulting from thermal expansion do not damage the building structures. The wool also helps to keep the temperature of the outer surface of the stove pleasantly warm.
Tiileri stoves are connected to the chimney from the bottom, but it is also possible to order models with a top connection, which can be connected to a modular chimney.
A bricklayer’s fireplace resembles traditional craftsmanship, because the final finish is given to your fireplace by a bricklayer.

VERSATILE APPEARANCE

A bricklayer’s fireplace can be given a variety of exteriors. The exterior facade can be chosen from traditional red brick to light yellow or white stone. The exterior finish in lighter tones easily matches other furnishings, but darker surfaces are easier to maintain. Your fireplace can also be given a personality with various decorations, which you can choose from.
A bricklayer’s fireplace can be covered with, for example, antique plaster or tiles. This type of surface finish does not necessarily have to be done immediately, it can be done, for example, years later, if you want to give your home a new look.
